He works closely and diligently with Business Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to make certain that he exceeds all of the owner’s expectations while delivering cost effective solutions. His drive and enthusiasm will help overcome any obstacle and his passion for his company and clients will ensure each project is done to complete perfection.

Steven Welsh, Director of On-Site Construction
With over thirty-five years of management and supervision experience in Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Retail projects, Steven Welsh, ensures that things are done safely and diligently. He is responsible for the overall management of Field Operations including: Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, and Team Coordination. Throughout his career, he has managed an exceptional amount of projects and has an outstanding eye for detail and safety compliance.
Robert Tooley, PE – Director of Construction
Rob Tooley has over 35 years of management experience in the construction and commercial real estate development industries. Rob monitors every phase of the construction process, beginning with preconstruction, working effectively with project managers and field operations to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the Owner’s budget requirements. Rob also develops new business for the firm and maintains quality relationships with existing clients. He has developed and constructed corporate office parks, mixed use projects, retail, high tech facilities, warehouses, hotels, medical facilities and high-end multi-family throughout the northeast. His focus on client satisfaction and open communications ensures that projects are executed with efficiency and professionalism. Rob’s key to maintaining repeat business relations is that he always strives to add value, and not cost, saving Owners time and money. This is accomplished through extensive value engineering and aggressive scheduling techniques.
Tom Fuschetti – Project Manager
Tom Fuschetti brings his growing and diverse knowledge of the construction industry to East Coast to manage projects from inception to closeout. Previously, he has worked in the high end commercial and residential construction industry honing in an eye for detail and meeting stringent client expectations. He brings a modern approach in maximizing efficiencies both in the office and field by harnessing new technologies and resources. Along with the help of the rest of the East Coast Team, he works to engineer the construction process and ensure project owners and engineers expectations are met with quality products and workmanship.
Jennifer Ress, Assistant Project Manager
Jennifer has over 15 years of administrative experience, with a concentration in the Construction industry. Jennifer is responsible for project coordination, contract administration, business development and office management for East Coast.
