As General Contractor, the East Coast Construction team will:

  • Qualify skilled Subcontractors & Vendors
  • Coordinate with governing agencies for approvals, permits, and inspections
  • Interface with Subcontractors and the design teams during submittal & procurement process
  • Manage the schedule and deliveries for subs, suppliers, and Owner provided items
  • Provide on-site supervision for the schedule, quality control, and specification compliance
  • Oversight of all OSHA and Safety compliances
  • Track the schedule & milestone delivery dates
  • Manage vendor invoicing and payment processes
  • Provide budget reporting for any scope, specification or scheduling changes
  • Generate and implement punch list at project closeout
  • Deliver all O & M Manuals, Warranties and demonstrate system operations at turnover
  • Manage the warranty compliance with all vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers
